Tiffanie Elliott
CEO – Master Planner & Designer
With a flair for the fabulous, Tiffanie Elliott lives her dream by combining her eye for beauty and unparalleled creativity with her passion for entertaining at Elliott Events.
Her attention to detail and trademark love for statement items make her events unique. From constructing hand-woven floral arrangements to crafting a wedding experience that is guaranteed to leave couples and attendees in awe, Tiffanie has a knack for interlacing beautiful things to create lasting memories.
Due to the growing demand for floral design services, Elliott Events launched its sibling company, BLOOM, in 2022. As a stand -alone division, BLOOM is ready to meet the needs of clients and event planners looking for floral expertise.
Emily Thrailkil
Chief Floral Officer
Emily Thrailkill creates beautiful, lush floral arrangements for any and all special occasions. She proudly takes the helm of Bloom, Elliott Events’ new and improved floral division. What began as a college internship in event planning revealed a natural talent for floral design, allowing Emily to express her creative side while building long-lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Emily has been whipping up magical and innovative arrangements in designs of every style and in installations, both large and small. Her creations never fail to delight our clients. In fact, Emily’s favorite part of any event is the reveal, when they walk in and see their vision come to life for the first time. She says that watching their reaction to her work is the best and most rewarding feeling. And the ultimate icing on the cake for this designer was the cherished experience of creating her mother’s dream wedding.
Emily has a public relations degree from Belmont University. She interned with the Elliott Events team in 2015 and stayed on for a few years before moving to Atlanta, Georgia, where she worked at the Edge Design Group. She has now come full circle and is thrilled to be back at Elliott, taking their floral offering to the next level with Bloom. Her designs have been featured in the pages of well-known magazines, including People and Southern Bride, a testament to how far she has come and the exquisite quality of her work!
Emily says she is constantly inspired by her boss, Tiffanie, who gave her the special opportunity to develop her talent for floral design, along with leadership skills. Emily is also motivated by her daughter and the chance to show her that a life’s passion can go hand in hand with a career you can fall in love with. When she’s not on the clock, Emily spends her time with her small human, Teigan, her large dog, Nougat, and their family and friends.
